Roof and sidewall fabric panels are cut and welded to match the exact bay dimensions rather than a generic size, since a poor fit at the seams is where water ingress and wind flutter usually start on a lower-quality tent.

Site preparation comes first — ground conditions and anchor points get assessed, since sports tents can be anchored with ballast, ground screws, or concrete footings depending on whether the installation is temporary or semi-permanent.
