Every structure starts with a load calculation, not a catalogue size — wind speeds, bay dimensions, and vehicle clearance get factored in before any steel is cut. Frames are fabricated and hot-dip galvanized, or powder-coated on aluminium, in-house. Fabric panels are cut and welded to the exact canopy geometry, and every joint gets checked before the unit leaves for site.

It starts with a site survey, and this part actually matters — ground conditions, bay layout, and wind exposure get checked in person rather than assumed off a floor plan. From there, footings are cast to match the frame's load path, sized to whatever the soil on that specific site can actually take. Once the foundation has cured, the cantilever arm and canopy frame go up, and every joint is checked for level and alignment before anything is bolted down for stability

Fabric comes next. The canopy is tensioned and fixed with proper drainage falls built in, because a flat canopy just pools water after the first real rain and stresses the frame it's not built to take. Before we hand the structure over, someone walks the whole thing — anchor bolts, welds, tension — and signs off on it. Skipping that last step is usually where problems show up six months later, not on day one.
